A social scientist with focus on people and organizations. In parallel to working with Findify on organizational design I’m doing a PhD in Economic Psychology at Stockholm School of Economics and consult on how to use behavioral science to get people to make better decisions.
On my free time:
I like to run long distances in nature. One of my favorite runs was a 25 km race at the Swedish High Coast in the middle of the winter on fresh snow. It included 773 m elevation gain running up and down forests and ski slopes. It took me five and a half hours to complete – and I thought I was going to get vertigo in the middle from seeing only white for several hours – but totally worth it.
The best thing about working in Findify:
I just love how committed everyone is to the goal, how passionate people are and that it seems like everyone is truly having a good time.
