As a new colleague in the Findify Integrations Team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction for our valued customers, making sure their integration process is run smoothly, efficiently with great quality of services in deploying the Findify’s product suites at its best.

 Under the guidance & mentorship of Findify Head of Integrations (Manager), your responsibilities will include:


  • Being the Lead & responsible for driving the post-sale and integration journey of new customers - from initial technical onboarding to deployment and implementation to customers’ sign-off
  • Proficient and proactive project management of multiple integration & deployment tasks in parallel
  • Actively support customers during their first month of launching with technical tasks related to their integration
  • Supporting customers via Intercom including escalation to internal teams i.e. Engineering team swiftly and proactively following-up on tickets until full & satisfactory resolution is achieved for customers
  • Additional project or task related to the team operational function as assigned by Manager

About You:


  • A great communicator; you are comfortable in communicating in English both written and oral, including leading meetings, selling your ideas and storytelling

Bonus points if you have/are:

  • Work in a remote setting before
  • Work with SaaS application before
  • Experience as a project manager in IT operations
  • Familiar with JavaScript, React.js
  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in Customer Support or Services capacity

Compensation: 2.900 - 3.500 USD/month on a contractor set up.

Location: Remote. You must be located in GMT -3 to -5
