eCommerce Account Representative and Project Manager - Stockholm, Sweden

As an Account representative you will be responsible for leading the work with our key customers. Our product is an advanced machine learning algorithm within search personalization for eCommerce. As demand for our product continues to increase, we are on a journey to grow the team in 2021. We’d love for you to join us.

About the role:

You will be in charge of a critical part of the business which is to manage our top customers – understanding their needs and find solutions with our product and lead projects to implement new features. 

This role works with a global scope and you will occasionally work outside of office hours, but you will in a very high extent be able to decide on when that is.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with our major clients to ensure they remain a loyal client to Findify
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
  • Analyze the customer base and identify opportunities to improve the Findify business

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

About you:

You are a high-energy self-starter that is able to lead complex sales cycles, growing our revenue while maintaining satisfied customers.

You are:

  • Initiative-taking; you are self-motivated, a doer, and can drive projects from start to finish
  • A team player; you are comfortable working with different styles and believe (like us) that together we achieve much more than alone
  • Driven; you are used to working hard to achieve a goal you care about and running several projects in parallel
  • A great communicator; you are comfortable in communicating in English both written and oral, including leading meetings, selling your ideas and storytelling
  • Located in Stockholm, Sweden

You have:

  • Proven background of leading project management and follow up
  • Relevant experience in the eCommerce industry, either on the retailer side as an eCommerce Manager, agency side as a Project Manager, or technology side.

We’d be extra impressed if you also have:

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira
  • Experience with Microsoft excel or Google sheets  
  • Language skills beyond English
  • Passion for AI/ML
  • Experience in working in/with remote teams
